Privacy Policy
Effective and last substantively updated: October 14, 2026.
This policy explains information handling on Living Trust Forms, an independent educational website, and when you email the publisher. For questions, use hello@livingtrust-forms.com. The About page explains our purpose; the Terms and Disclaimer explains the scope of the information and external services.
Website Requests and Hosting
Opening a page sends a normal web request to the infrastructure serving the site. That request can include your IP address, requested address, time, browser information, and a referring address if your browser supplies one. Hosting infrastructure processes requests to deliver pages and assets, manage traffic, and support security and reliability.
The site serves static pages. Request logs, their availability, and their retention depend on the hosting service and its configuration. The document chooser has no questionnaire or personal-information fields. We do not add document selections to our page addresses or submit them to the host as form data.
This site does not install visitor analytics, advertising-network scripts, session replay, external video embeds, or tracking pixels. We do not operate visitor accounts or a contact form. These statements describe this version of the website; a substantive change to information handling requires a corresponding policy update.
Document Choices, Checklists, and Printing
The Create Forms popup opens in your browser and lists ordinary document links. It does not ask follow-up questions, save a profile, or submit personal answers. Opening or closing the menu does not send a form submission. Following an external link sends a normal request to the referral network and destination, as described below.
The optional Document guide chat uses predefined topic buttons, not a free-text field or live operator. Its short conversation stays in page memory while the page is open. It is not sent to us or an AI service, saved in browser storage, or added to link addresses. Start over clears those choices; reloading the page starts a new conversation. Closing the panel preserves its current position until you reset or reload it.
Checklist boxes are ordinary browser controls. The site does not transmit or save the checked state. Your browser may manage page history or restore controls according to its own behavior. Printing uses your browser's print function; your chosen printer, PDF destination, or other print service handles the output under its own settings. We do not receive the printed document or a copy of your selections.
Cookies and Browser Storage
Living Trust Forms does not set cookies or use local storage to track visitors or save document selections. Your browser still uses its own cache and settings when displaying pages. A website reached through an external link may use cookies or other technologies under its own policy. You can review and manage those technologies through that service and your browser.
External Links and Affiliate Referrals
Some links are affiliate referrals. We may earn a commission if you purchase through them, at no additional cost to you. Following an affiliate link sends you through an external referral network to a document service. Those services receive normal connection information and may process referral identifiers, cookies, account information, and purchases according to their own policies.
Affiliate links open a new tab and use attributes that suppress the browser's referring-page header. This does not make a visit anonymous or prevent destination-side tracking. Your IP address and other connection information can still reach the network and destination. Our links contain the supplied referral identifier, with no personal answers added by this site.
Review the destination's privacy and purchase terms before entering personal, estate, account, or payment information. External processing is outside this site's finder behavior; we do not prepare your document or collect its answers.
Email Inquiries
If you email us, the publisher receives your email address, message contents, and any information or attachments you choose to send. Email services also process the message in delivering and storing correspondence. We use inquiries to respond to website questions, investigate corrections or technical problems, and manage related follow-up.
Please avoid sending sensitive personal records. Retention depends on the purpose of the correspondence and any operational or legal need to retain it; this policy does not promise a fixed deletion period. Email is not an estate-document upload service or a confidential professional consultation.
Questions, Requests, and Changes
You can contact the publisher to ask about information handling, correction, deletion, or rights that may apply to your circumstances. Describe your request without sending unnecessary sensitive records. What can be addressed depends on the information involved and applicable requirements; this policy does not certify compliance with a particular jurisdiction or promise rights beyond those that apply.
Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the date above. Review it again if the website adds a service that changes how information is collected or processed.
